About the Role

We’re looking for someone well versed in the functionality and implementation of the Paytronix loyalty platform. You’ll work with some of the most well-known brands in the restaurant space with the sole goal of ensuring clients are launching and running their loyalty programs effectively and consulting on loyalty strategy using industry best practices. As a loyalty leader within 5&5, you’ll also support and guide newer loyalty team members to ensure company best practice is being followed.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure loyalty campaign and offer requests are launched successfully and effectively on Paytronix

  • Develop client relationships as a trusted loyalty resource

  • Focus on allocating the best possible levels of client satisfaction to deliver solutions to client concerns, including configuring and managing their Paytronix program

  • Effectively consult on best practices to implement loyalty tactics and launch a loyalty program

  • Work collaboratively with our Paytronix partner contacts to develop strong relationships, leading to successful client launches

  • Work with and support the loyalty team to optimize 5&5’s loyalty practices to continue to deliver effective strategies for client brands

What We’re Looking For

  • Effective communication and analyzation skills to assess loyalty campaign requests and articulate best practice recommendations

  • Proficient in the Paytronix platform with 1-2 years of direct experience in creating and executing campaigns is required

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot quickly

  • High level of organization and ability to balance multiple projects, as well as managing different priorities

What You’ll Do

  • Work with brands to resolve POS issues (Order failures, item building/updates, kitchen routing, POS integrations, specific configurations to resolve reporting or operational issues)

  • Develop client relationships as a trusted POS resource

  • Focus on allocating the best possible levels of client satisfaction to deliver solutions to client concerns, this can include advisement, training and or implementation of changes to POS, Olo and or loyalty platforms

  • Work collaboratively with our partner contacts to develop strong relationships, leading to successful client launches

  • Work with and support the System Solutions team to optimize 5&5’s Brink POS practices to continue to deliver effective results for client brands

  • Lead calls with brands and partners as a Brink POS subject matter expert

  • Build, update and maintain Olo menus for multiple brands

  • Complete brand POS requests with a high degree of accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Effective communication and analyzation skills to assess POS requests and articulate best practice recommendations

  • Proficient in the Brink POS ecosystem with 2-4 years of experience as a POS administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is capable of developing and executing a high level of support for our brands. The Brand Support Lead will be the core support representative for the brand and will help shape our support model. The role will be responsible for overseeing the day-day support activities and ensuring SLAs are being met. This role will also be critical in planning and executing changes to improve support for our brands

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Configure and optimize the help desk ticketing system

  • Analyze and compile support data for teams to review and provide recommendations to improve client service

  • Identify support trends, document and provide self help articles on common issues

  • Create and manage escalation paths

  • Ensure tickets are followed up on, resolved and kept up to date based on internal SLAs through constant communication with internal and external teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Effective communication and analyzation skills

  • 3-5 years of experience working on a help desk team, either as a Manager, Tier 2 or Tier 3 support
